Dr. Ray Lynn Stuckey and his wife, River Stuckey, live in Whitesboro, Texas in the heart of North Texas Horse Country USA. Ray is a graduate of Texas A&M University and retired from general veterinary practice in late 2020. He is a graduate of Parker University Animal Chiropractic program and International Veterinary Acupuncture Society veterinary acupuncture program. River is an emergency manager with the Federal Emergency Management Agency since 2005. She is a graduate of the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. River competes as an amateur at local barrel races and futurities and holds an owner/trainer's license with the Texas and Oklahoma Racing Commissions.
